01 — Technical delivery for marketing, RevOps & AI agencies

You own the client. We build the systems.

Bring OmniLabs into your client engagement for CRM, automation, AI workflows, tracking and data — from agreed scope to documented handoff.

02 — Where we fit

When the client brief needs a technical delivery partner.

CRM & lead operations

Lead sources, ownership and follow-up need connecting.

Routing, qualification, lifecycle workflows and reporting.

AI & workflow implementation

A prototype needs a controlled operating workflow.

API connections, validation, exception handling and human review.

Tracking & data

The CRM and reporting tell different stories.

Source-to-CRM connections, feedback and reconciled reporting.

03 — Selected work

not just the service list.

AI-assisted content & data workflows

Structured source data needs to become usable content without losing the facts or the approval step.

04 — Delivery & collaboration

From an agreed scope to a documented handoff.

  1. Scope

    Agreed scope and acceptance criteria.

  2. Map

System map: inputs, access, ownership and decisions.

  3. Build

Working implementation in the agreed environment.

  4. Validate

Validation record against the acceptance criteria.

  5. Handoff

Documented handoff of agreed source/workflows and operating notes.

Outputs are agreed per project; the implementation and handoff follow that scope.

Work behind your brand.
Or alongside your team.

  • White-label delivery

Behind your agency, with deliverables under your brand.

    Client-facing involvement
    Your team only
  • Overflow capacity

Extra implementation capacity for an agreed delivery need.

    Client-facing involvement
    Your team only
  • Visible specialist

Nick joins technical and client conversations as your partner.

    Client-facing involvement
Your team, plus a named specialist
  • Project partner

One defined technical project inside the engagement, with its own acceptance checks.

    Client-facing involvement
    A named workstream owner

Your client relationship stays yours.

The client account, contract and renewal stay with your agency in all four modes.

OmniLabs does not solicit, market to, or take direct engagements from a client introduced through an agency partnership — during the work or after it.

Your NDA is signed before sensitive access. We work with least-privilege access in your or the client's accounts, then revoke it at handoff. Support is limited to what is agreed. Defects against acceptance criteria are corrected; new scope is new work.

Operational detail: access, acceptance and handoff

Agree the source of truth and reconciliation rules. Sub-processor terms are signed on request.

At handoff, record the delivery state, operating owner and agreed checks.

Operating notes include changes, untouched systems and rollback.

Capacity is agreed before anything starts.
