01 — Who these terms are with

OmniLabs Systems LLC operates this Site under the OmniLabs Systems name. Where these terms say "OmniLabs Systems", they describe the brand and the work; the counterparty to any written agreement for that work is OmniLabs Systems LLC.

Notices about this Site currently go to nick@omnilabsmarketing.com, read by Nikita L., Founder / Operator. No postal notice address is published yet, so this draft establishes no postal channel for notice. Publishing a verified one is a condition for replacing it.

02 — Prototype status

The OmniLabs Systems Site is the public surface of OmniLabs Systems. It carries diagnostic and systems framing for the Revenue Leak Scan and Revenue OS. When the Request Scan form is enabled it accepts a public URL plus a reply email as a request to start a diagnostic conversation; while it is in mock mode — the default build setting — the form is not rendered, and the Diagnostic Review booking page is the working way in. The site itself does not sell or deliver paid services directly — paid services are scoped through separate written engagements.

Mock is both the configured default of this build and the setting the operator intends for the published Site and for its preview deployments. Which mode a given deployment was built with is confirmed at release rather than claimed on this page.

Public copy on the site is structural and illustrative. It explains how Revenue OS, the Revenue Leak Scan, and related systems are designed to work; it does not constitute a service offering addressed to a specific visitor or a binding commitment to any particular outcome.

03 — No advice

Nothing on this prototype is professional, legal, medical, tax, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. The prototype must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Claims about "leaks", "diagnostics", "signals", or "modules" are illustrative descriptions of how OmniLabs Systems works as an operating system for revenue-critical workflows. They are not professional opinions about any specific business, market, or compliance regime.

04 — No revenue guarantee

Nothing on this prototype guarantees revenue lift, conversion lift, traffic recovery, ad performance, lead volume, customer retention, booking completion, or any other commercial outcome.

The prototype's claims/evidence pattern is explicit about this. Any finding produced by Revenue Scan or a future paid engagement is framed as a signal that may indicate a revenue gap; turning a signal into a verified financial impact requires access to internal data and is out of scope for the public scan.

05 — Diagnostic scan boundary

The external Revenue Scan reviews publicly observable signals only. It does not, and cannot, verify internal CRM state, paid media performance, call handling, customer lifecycle, follow-up cadence, operational workflows, or any other system that is not visible from the open web.

Verifying internal impact requires explicit access to CRM, booking, call, PPC, analytics, or follow-up data, and is a separate paid engagement governed by its own written agreement.

06 — No current agreement

Use of this site does not create a contract, retainer, engagement, or any other binding agreement between the visitor and OmniLabs Systems LLC. Booking a Diagnostic Review, or submitting the Request Scan form if it is enabled, is a request to start a diagnostic conversation — it does not by itself create or imply a paid relationship, and any such request may be declined at our discretion.

07 — Scoped services

OmniLabs Systems currently offers, or can scope, the following engagements:

• Diagnostic Review — a scoped diagnostic conversation, currently offered at no charge and with no commitment.
• Revenue OS Build Sprint — a scoped implementation engagement.
• Ongoing Revenue Infrastructure — continuing Revenue OS implementation and systems work.

An Internal Revenue Audit is a scoped diagnostic engagement, not a self-serve product. Other pages on this site describe it as paid and fixed-scope; what they do not do, and what these terms do not do, is offer it for purchase or settle its price, availability or deliverables in advance. Like the engagements above, it is scoped individually.

Listing those names is not a catalogue. It commits OmniLabs Systems to no availability, no fixed set of deliverables, no timeline and no particular price. Scope, deliverables, timing and commercial terms are established separately per engagement in its own written agreement, and until such an agreement is executed any reference on this site to those services is descriptive only.

08 — Public and illustrative materials

As a matter of publication policy, material is published on this site only where it is work OmniLabs Systems owns, material that is fictional or built as a sample, or client or engagement material explicitly authorized for public use and anonymized where that is required.

Client-identifying system data, private reports, credentials, confidential metrics, screenshots and testimonials are not published without explicit authorization. That is the operator's publication policy going forward. It is not a statement that every asset already on this site has been through a legal review.

09 — Acceptable use

While exploring the prototype — including the browser-only scan preview, and any intake surface that is later activated — do not:

• submit URLs you do not have permission to provide,
• submit any patient, medical, financial, or other sensitive personal data,
• attempt to probe, scrape, or stress this preview surface as if it were a production service,
• misrepresent the prototype as a launched product or rely on its copy as a service commitment.

10 — Not settled in this draft

This is a draft, and some of what a finished terms-of-use document has to settle is deliberately left open here. Naming those gaps is more useful than filling them with boilerplate.

• Governing law and disputes. This draft chooses no governing law, no venue, no forum and no arbitration arrangement. None follows from where the operating entity was formed, and none follows from where anyone happens to be located. It is a decision for qualified legal review.
• Liability, warranties and indemnity. This draft contains no approved limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer or indemnity, and nothing here should be read as one in either direction.
• Approval. Business and operator approval sits with Nikita L., Founder / Operator. No qualified legal reviewer has been appointed or recorded for this document. A production version requires that review and an explicit approval record.

11 — Changes

These terms are a v1 prototype draft. They will be replaced by a production-grade terms-of-use document before any real traffic, real data collection, or paid engagement begins. Changes will be recorded in the production version of this notice.
