Module Mapping

Module mapping is the Revenue OS discipline of pairing every visible scan finding with the specific module that would own the fix. Booking flow drop-off maps to the Conversion Website module with CRM + Follow-Up as a downstream dependency; tracking gaps map to Tracking & Attribution; dormant leads map to Reactivation. The mapping is what makes the diagnostic commercially useful — every finding becomes a candidate scope of work owned by a specific module.

Definition

A discipline applied during every Revenue Scan: each visible finding ships with the Revenue OS module that would own the fix, plus any module dependencies (for example, tracking before acquisition). The mapping persists into the Internal Revenue Audit, where it becomes the structure of the candidate sprint scope.

Why it matters

Diagnostics without mapping are interesting documents; with mapping they are scope artifacts. The mapping is what turns "your booking flow looks weak" into "the Conversion Website module should ship before any acquisition scope is opened."

[CLAIM BOUNDARY] Module mapping is structural. It does not commit to building any specific module for any specific engagement; mapping informs scope, scope is decided later in the Diagnostic Review and Internal Revenue Audit.
