A specific diagnostic discipline: structured surfaces, evidence rows with stable IDs, severity framed as priority, and a Revenue OS module mapping. The diagnostic is the same shape every time, which is what lets it scale without losing rigor.
Why it matters
It is the operating layer that makes the Revenue Scan trustworthy. Without the discipline, "public review" drifts into sales pitch. With it, the diagnostic is a small, defensible artifact.
