Revenue OS Build Sprint

A Revenue OS Build Sprint is a paid, scoped implementation engagement. Modules verified by the Internal Revenue Audit are built and handed off — tracking, conversion website, CRM + follow-up, content infrastructure, reactivation, reporting — each as a working part of the operator's revenue infrastructure.

Definition

A fixed-scope engagement, usually scoped per module set. The deliverables are working module instances inside the operator's stack, not a slide deck.

Why it matters

It is where the operating system actually lands. Without the sprint, the audit is just a document.

[CLAIM BOUNDARY] A sprint commits to building specific modules to a specific scope. It does not commit to a specific revenue lift, and it does not commit to indefinite support.
